Loyalty Point Change Name Bug

Change Name service using 65Loyalty points, you can include characters in such as ( ) / - $ @ ^ ] [ \ _ : < . > but upon changing name with those special characters my character upon log in does not have a name at the same time there is a yellow message saying "You need to change name, you'll get dc in few sec.

it got fixed when I change name once again after using 2,500 ecoins and without the special characters.

Please advised on this bug
